Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as shipped, unused, and returned with all original packaging and included parts.

We do not accept returns on products that have been used.

If your product arrives broken or damaged during shipping, we will accept the return. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.

All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case Dragster Dolly will cover return shipping.

Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, though processing time may vary by payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

Dragster Dolly Limited Warranty
The Dragster Dolly is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear,

• tires, bearings, or other wear items,

• punctures, cuts, or jobsite damage,

• misuse, abuse, overloading,

• modifications or unauthorized repairs,

• or damage caused by improper use or transportation.

Dragster Innovation, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts or products at its discretion.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
